* You are entitled to a refund or exchange up to 20 days after you have received your online order.
Please indicate the reason for the refund or exchange: *The item must be returned in its original condition with a copy of the invoice.
Return: “I would like a reimbursement for my purchase”
Exchange: “The item I received is defective; I wish to replace it with a new one”
Ring sizing: “I would like to resize the ring to a size _____”

Return your purchase to one of our stores with a copy of your receipt. (Free of Charge)
*Please note that we do not issue refunds in-store. The store will ship your purchase to our head office to be refunded. However, you may request store credit or an exchange in-store.

No refunds will be given on any additional charges for modifications such as ring sizing and engraving.
Shipping fees associated with the delivery and return of your purchase is non-refundable.
Please expect a delay of approximately 7-10 business days from your credit card provider for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
