- Exchange: “The item I received is defective; I wish to replace it with a new one”
- Ring sizing: “I would like to resize the ring to a size _____”

- Return your purchase to one of our stores with a copy of your receipt. (Free of Charge)
*Please note that we do not issue refunds in-store. The store will ship your purchase to our head office to be refunded. However, you may request store credit or an exchange in-store.
- Please note the following before completing your return:
- No refunds will be given on any additional charges for modifications such as ring sizing and engraving.
- Shipping fees associated with the delivery and return of your purchase is non-refundable.
- Please expect a delay of approximately 7-10 business days from your credit card provider for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
