*If you would like to avoid return shipping fees, simply select to visit one of our locations with a copy of the invoice and the item (s) in its original packaging. Kindly request to have your item (s) shipped to our head office free of charge. Please note that we do not issue refunds in-store. However, you may request a store credit or exchange in store as an option.
Once the item (s) is received and properly inspected at our main office, you will receive a confirmation for a refund via email (please remember to check your junk mail if necessary) *Please expect a delay of approximately 7 to 10 business days from your credit card provider (with the exception of Pay Pal) for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
