Shipping Policy

At Doucet Latendresse, we offer simple solutions with XpressPost shipped directly to your door. *A signature is required upon delivery of your parcel

1. Free Delivery for all orders at $99 and over
2. For all orders under $99 there is a standard shipping fee of $9.95 plus taxes

Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email with the tracking number for your reference

Cause for Delay

The majority of orders are generally shipped between 10 to 14 business days for items in stock

However, a delay can occur due to the following reasons:

1. The ring needs a size adjustment
2. The item is not in stock and needs to be transferred from a store location
3. The item is a special order (please refer to the product details)
4. The item needs to be customized (ex: Engraving)
5. The order is pending credit verification and approval
6. The order is over $1000 therefore requiring an additional document to complete (with the exception of Pay Pal) due to mutual protection against fraudulent activity

Due to the reasons mentioned above, please expect a delivery date of approximately 14 to 21 days
